Questions, answered honestly

Everything people usually ask before getting started. Don't see yours? Just ask directly.

How much does a website cost?

The Basic package is $499, and the Pro package (which adds full local SEO) is $999 — both are one-time payments, not subscriptions. See the full breakdown of what's included in each.

How does payment work?

First, you get a free sample site with no payment at all. If you like it, you pay a 50% deposit and I build out the full site, making any changes you want along the way. Once you're happy with the result, you pay the remaining 50% and the site goes live.

Is the free sample actually free?

Yes. No credit card, no payment, no obligation to move forward. You can request one here.

What's the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic gets you a fast, professional 1–3 page site. Pro adds up to 10 pages, full local SEO (schema markup, local keyword targeting), 5 written SEO blog articles, and 5 free revisions. If you want to actively grow through local search, Pro is built for that.

Are there any monthly fees?

No. It's a one-time payment and the site is yours to keep — no subscription required to keep it running.

How many revisions do I get?

During the build (after your deposit and before final payment), we go back and forth until you're happy — that's the whole point of that stage. After launch, the Pro package includes 5 free revisions; the Basic package doesn't include post-launch revisions, but changes can always be made for a small fee.

Will my site actually show up on Google?

Every site includes basic on-page SEO. The Pro package goes further with schema markup, local keyword targeting, and SEO-focused blog content — built specifically to help you rank for the searches your local customers are actually making.

Is my site mobile-friendly?

Yes — every site is designed mobile-first, since that's where most of your customers will actually find you.

Do I own the website?

Yes, completely. There's no subscription holding it hostage, and no lock-in.

Do you only work with GTA businesses?

I'm based in the Greater Toronto Area and most of my clients are local, but the work is done remotely — so any small business in Canada or the US is a good fit.

How do I get started?

Book a call, or just request a free sample site and take it from there. See the full step-by-step process if you want the details first.
